Setup and teardown is the renter's responsibility. Please review our cleaning checklist before your event. A $150 cleaning fee applies if the space isn't returned to its original condition.
Cancellations made 14 or more days before your party date receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days out receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows receive no refund. You may reschedule once at no charge if requested at least 14 days in advance.
