Shared entrance notice: If you do not add the golf simulator, another group may book it during your adult event or graduation party. The simulator room is separate and has its own door and lock, but those guests will use the same front entrance. To reserve the entire space exclusively for your group, add the golf simulator to your booking.

Full payment is due at booking. Setup and teardown is the renter's responsibility. Please review our cleaning checklist before your event. A $150 cleaning fee applies if the space isn't returned to its original condition. Overtime beyond your reservation is billed at $250 per hour, prorated in 15-minute increments.
Cancellations made 14 or more days before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days out receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows receive no refund. You may reschedule once at no charge if requested at least 14 days in advance.
