A spacious, distraction-free environment for meetings, workshops, or casual gatherings. Tables, chairs, and a projector included.
Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The dental office break room is not included in this rental.
$50 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Full payment at booking. Setup and teardown is the renter's responsibility.
Your session starts and ends at the scheduled time. Late arrivals don't receive extensions or refunds. Weekday parking is limited to 4 spots (8am-5pm). Extra cars should use street or public parking.
Cancellations made 24 or more hours before your booking receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours out receive a refund minus a $25 fee. Rescheduling is free if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours may be treated as a cancellation.
