Yes. All rentals allow you to bring your own food, catering, desserts, and beverages. There is refrigerator access in the party room.
Setup and teardown is the renter's responsibility. You'll need to return the space to how you found it: wipe tables, clean floors, empty trash, and remove all personal items. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if any items on the cleaning checklist are missed.
Yes. All participants will need to complete a waiver. You can review the waiver on this site before booking. The waiver must be signed as part of the booking process.
Birthday parties: up to 15 kids in the gym plus 24 in the party room. Adult events: comfortable capacity for 50-75 guests. Gym rental and golf simulator: smaller groups and training sessions. Please don't exceed the posted guest limit for your rental type.
For gym rental: bring your own basketballs and volleyballs. Birthday parties include dodgeballs and footballs. The golf simulator comes with clubs, but you can bring your own.
The party room is attached to the gym and seats up to 24 guests. It includes refrigerator access. The dental office break room space is NOT included in any rental.
Your time starts when your booking begins, not when you arrive. The session will still end at the originally scheduled time so the space stays on track for the next group. No refunds or time extensions are provided for late arrivals.
Please be fully packed up and out by the end of your reservation. Overtime charges are billed at $250 per hour (or fraction thereof), prorated in 15-minute increments. Arrival and departure times are documented by video.
On weekdays (8am-5pm), a maximum of 4 parking spots are available. Extra cars should use street or public parking. Evenings and weekends follow normal parking guidance. The Crown is not responsible for parked vehicles.
Yes, with a few restrictions. Glitter and confetti are never allowed and will be treated as damage. Don't bring outside tables or chairs. Use what's provided, and remove all decorations before you leave.
If you have issues with doors or access on the day of your booking, call Stacey right away at (402) 326-2084. Please don't force or tamper with any locks or systems.
Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time.
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment.
To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your booking confirmation email. Need help? Contact us at (402) 326-2084 or stacey@bookthecrown.com during business hours. Requests are not considered final until you receive written confirmation by email or text.
By booking, you and your guests agree to follow these rules. The full details are in the rental agreement signed at the time of booking.
Additional fees may be billed to your payment method for physical damage (billed at replacement cost), excessive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, outstanding charges or overtime, or any violation of the house rules that results in cost or damage to The Crown.
Every renter completes this before leaving. It's not optional.
Failure to complete any of the above results in a $150 cleaning fee charged to your original payment method.
